Acceptance of Goods and Returns

Upon receipt, you must inspect the goods. You will be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us within 3 days of receiving the goods.

Change of Mind Returns

We don’t offer returns for change of mind, so please be sure before purchasing. But don’t worry, we stand by our product, so you won’t experience a change of heart.

Faulty Product Returns

In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged, firstly, we’re sorry.

Please email us at hello@babymoat.com.au within 3 days of delivery. We will happily exchange the product.

If you contact us outside of the 3-day period, we will evaluate each claim individually and consider an exchange based on the circumstances.

Once/if your return is accepted, the damaged product and all of its original packaging must be returned to us. Once we receive your returned item, we will happily reimburse you for your shipping costs, up to $15.
